一﹑立窯羅茨風機高壓變頻改造的必要性
貴州九龍水泥立窯羅茨風機為繞線式異步電動機,原有的運行方式是電機工頻全速運行,依靠出口放風閥來調節(jié)所需風量大小,由于該公司電網(wǎng)容量有限,電機不允許全壓啟動,電機采用轉子串聯(lián)電阻的方式啟動,啟動結束后再自動短接啟動電阻,電機全速運行,但投運后發(fā)現(xiàn)通過出口放風閥門調節(jié)方式存在如下弊端:
1﹑出口放風閥調節(jié)反應滯后,調節(jié)速度慢,調節(jié)精度低,往往對現(xiàn)場所需風量控制不到位,影響現(xiàn)場的生產(chǎn)工藝要求。
2﹑出口放風閥調節(jié)不科學,不經(jīng)濟,浪費資源,采用放風閥調節(jié)雖然結構簡單,投資少,但在節(jié)能意識日益加強的今天顯然已經(jīng)不合適,水泥廠在建廠初期,出于后續(xù)可能擴建及運行安全的角度,電機及風機的裕量選用比較大,嚴重存在著大馬拉小車的現(xiàn)象,事實上,電機額定電流為40A,而電機實際運行電流平均僅為28A左右,由于采用出口放風閥調節(jié),人為的放掉了風道的風壓和風量,大量的能源白白浪費被放風閥放出,在能源日益緊缺的今天,顯然已經(jīng)落伍,節(jié)能改造勢在必行。
3﹑電機工頻全速運行時,電機軸承等機械部位磨損嚴重,另外,由于是轉子繞線式異步電機,轉子高速運轉時,其滑環(huán)上的碳刷磨損也相當嚴重,更換周期短,設備維護量大。
4﹑啟動過程復雜,轉子串聯(lián)電阻啟動方式附帶了很多二次回路,維護量大,使用效率卻不高,然而卻不可缺少,啟動方式屬于落后工藝。
綜上所述,要先想徹底的改變現(xiàn)有工藝,就必須從源頭改進,即通過改變電機轉速來調節(jié)風機轉速,從而達到調節(jié)風量的目的,以此來滿足現(xiàn)場工藝要求。
二﹑調速方式的選擇
目前,國內(nèi)大功率高壓異步電動機主要調速方式有以下幾種:串級調速﹑內(nèi)反饋串級調速﹑液力耦合器調速﹑變頻調速等。
1﹑串級調速:優(yōu)點是可以回收轉差功率,所以調速效率比較高,但存在的問題也很多,它不適宜現(xiàn)有的轉子繞線式異步電動機,啟動過程復雜,啟動電流大,調速范圍有限,響應慢,功率因數(shù)和效率低,很難實現(xiàn)同PLC及DCS等控制系統(tǒng)的配合,諧波污染大,對電網(wǎng)有較大干擾。
2﹑內(nèi)反饋調速:內(nèi)反饋調速是在串級調速基礎上發(fā)展起來的,優(yōu)點是具有串級調速的全部優(yōu)點,體積小,缺點是:需更換專用電機,滑環(huán)處理不當容易出現(xiàn)事故,雖然采用頻敏變阻器啟動,可啟動電流仍很大,對電機和電網(wǎng)沖擊很大,調速范圍有限,輸入功率因數(shù)和效率低,電機側由于可控硅的逆變衍生出大量的高次諧波,對電機的絕緣造成老化,容易引起電機的轉矩脈動,附加發(fā)熱和噪聲污染,電纜需加粗使用,電機喘振現(xiàn)象無法消除。
3﹑液力耦合器調速:調速范圍有限,高速丟失轉差約3%-5%,低速轉差功率損失更大(1-調速比),最高可達額定傳送功率的15%,因效率與轉速成正比,低速時效率極低,精度低,無法切換運行,維護復雜,費用大。
4﹑高壓變頻器調速:由于運用了先進的電力電子技術,計算機控制技術,現(xiàn)代通信技術和高壓電氣,電機拖動等綜合性領域的科學技術,因此具有其它調速方式無法比擬的優(yōu)點。

1﹑高效率、無污染、高功率因數(shù)

四﹑改造項目具體實施方案及過程
根據(jù)現(xiàn)場的實際情況,旁路柜采用一拖一手動方案,此結構是手動旁路的典型方案,是由3個高壓隔離刀閘QS1﹑QS2﹑QS3組成,其中QF1為客戶提供高壓隔離總開關,
其工作原理是:工頻運行時, QS2閉合,斷開QS1和QS3,變頻運行時, QS1和QS3閉合,QS2斷開, QS2和QS3是雙聯(lián)高壓隔離刀閘不會同時閉合,在機械上實現(xiàn)了機械互鎖
優(yōu)點:高壓變頻器故障時,有明顯斷電點,能夠確保人身安全,同時可以手動使負載投入工頻電網(wǎng)運行
缺點:高壓變頻器故障時,不能自動由變頻切換到工頻
現(xiàn)場原有的電阻啟動裝置繼續(xù)保留,當高壓變頻器出現(xiàn)故障時,直接把變頻器高壓輸入電纜切換到電阻啟動裝置上即可,操作簡單,快捷
