便攜式海水淡化系統(tǒng)設(shè)計

摘要: 針對小型漁船在海上缺少電力,難以支撐起大型海水淡化設(shè)備的問題,設(shè)計一款環(huán)保型便攜式海水淡化系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)以智能手機為上位機控制端,以STM32為主控制器的海水淡化系統(tǒng)為下位機,利用太陽能風能發(fā)電為系統(tǒng)電能驅(qū)動,可實現(xiàn)智能控制設(shè)備、無線檢測系統(tǒng)電量,以及GPS定位以防止?jié)O船駛出經(jīng)濟專屬區(qū),極大地克服了長期喝蒸餾純凈水而造成微量元素缺失等弊端。實踐證明,該系統(tǒng)能有效地降低漁民出海帶淡水量,增加作業(yè)時長,提高海船的續(xù)航力和自持力等,實現(xiàn)運行效益的最大化。

Design of the portable seawater desalination system

Abstract: In view of the lack of electricity for small fishing vessels at sea, it is difficult to support large-scale desalination equipment, an environment-friendly portable seawater desalination system is designed in this paper. The system uses smart phone as the control terminal, STM32 as the main controller, and solar energy and wind energy as the power drive. It can realize intelligent control of the equipment, wireless detection of system electricity, and GPS positioning to prevent fishing boats out of the exclusive economic zone, which can overcome the long-term drinking distilled pure water caused by the loss of micronutrient. It is proved that the system can effectively reduce the fresh water quantity of the fishermen, increase the working time, improve the endurance and self-sustaining ability of the ship, and realize the maximum operating benefit.

0 引言
眾所周知,在海洋漁業(yè)活動中,所帶淡水量是影響出海時長的決定性因素之一[1]。盡管海上到處都是水,可由于海水中含鹽量、雜質(zhì)和細菌等都遠遠超過飲用水衛(wèi)生標準,不能直接飲用。但“問海要水”還是出海漁業(yè)活動過程中最方便、最有效的辦法[2-3]。可現(xiàn)有海水淡化裝置不僅碳排放量高、裝置體積龐大,需要大功率電力驅(qū)動,而中小型漁船在海上缺少電力,難以支撐起這些大型海水淡化設(shè)備[4-5]。
基于這一現(xiàn)狀,本文設(shè)計了一款基于太陽能風能的節(jié)能環(huán)保型便攜式海水淡化系統(tǒng),在幫助出海漁民解決海上飲水、照明、防止駛出經(jīng)濟專屬區(qū)等困擾的同時,實現(xiàn)少帶淡水、多帶航船驅(qū)動燃油,以及增加作業(yè)天數(shù)、延長航行距離,最終提升出海運營效益。
