多通道SAR型數(shù)字變換器的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

摘要: 針對(duì)某項(xiàng)目多通道數(shù)字變換器的設(shè)計(jì),提出了一種高可靠性、高精度的模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換方案。為完成12路傳感器信號(hào)的采集、4路電壓電流的采集,對(duì)硬件電路進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析與優(yōu)化。待采集信號(hào)先后通過(guò)信號(hào)調(diào)理、模擬開關(guān)、分壓跟隨以及抗混疊濾波對(duì)其進(jìn)行處理,并對(duì)鏈路的建立時(shí)間進(jìn)行分析,最后采用逐次逼近型AD芯片進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)換,通過(guò)與上位機(jī)配合驗(yàn)證數(shù)據(jù)的采集精度。經(jīng)過(guò)大量實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)驗(yàn)證,采集精度均能優(yōu)于0.5%,達(dá)到任務(wù)要求。

Abstract: In this paper, a high-reliability and high-precision analog-to-digital conversion scheme is proposed for the design of a multi-channel digital converter in a project. In order to complete the collection of 12 channels of sensor signal and the collection of 4 channels of voltage and current, the hardware circuit is analyzed and optimized in detail. The signal to be collected is processed by signal conditioning, analog switch, voltage division follow-up and anti-aliasing filtering, and the establishment time of the link is analyzed. Finally, the successive approximation AD chip is used for conversion. Verification of data collection accuracy through cooperation with the host computer.After a lot of experimental data verification, the collection accuracy can be better than 0.5%, meeting the task requirements.

0 引言

    伴隨著當(dāng)今電子技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,集數(shù)據(jù)的采集、傳輸以及存儲(chǔ)功能為一體的設(shè)備體積越來(lái)越小,被廣泛應(yīng)用于各種測(cè)試實(shí)驗(yàn)當(dāng)中,由于測(cè)試測(cè)量任務(wù)中參數(shù)眾多,而且對(duì)每一個(gè)指標(biāo)的要求各不相同,細(xì)微的環(huán)境影響就可能導(dǎo)致采集結(jié)果的誤差增加,因此對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的采集提出越來(lái)越高的要求[1]。

    數(shù)字變換器是將采集到的模擬量信號(hào)進(jìn)行量化處理,將多種轉(zhuǎn)換后的數(shù)字量信號(hào)進(jìn)行打包編幀,通過(guò)RS422接口將數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)缴衔粰C(jī)進(jìn)行校驗(yàn)。本次設(shè)計(jì)中對(duì)多路傳感器信號(hào)、電壓信號(hào)、電流信號(hào)進(jìn)行采集,重點(diǎn)從電路的設(shè)計(jì)方面對(duì)其進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的性能測(cè)試,相較于傳統(tǒng)的測(cè)試系統(tǒng),采集的信號(hào)精度更高,更加穩(wěn)定可靠。
