一種應(yīng)用于CAN收發(fā)器的寬輸入范圍的遲滯比較器設(shè)計(jì)

摘要: 為了將CAN(Controller Area Network)總線上的-12~12 V的信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)化為0~5 V的串行數(shù)字信號(hào),設(shè)計(jì)了一種應(yīng)用于CAN收發(fā)器的寬輸入范圍的遲滯比較器。實(shí)現(xiàn)的方案是先使用電阻將電源和總線上的信號(hào)線性疊加得到5 V電壓內(nèi)的信號(hào),再使用全差分放大器進(jìn)行鉗位,使用共模反饋穩(wěn)定共模工作點(diǎn),最后使用對(duì)尾電流進(jìn)行溫度補(bǔ)償?shù)膬?nèi)部正反饋的遲滯比較器比較得到數(shù)字信號(hào)?;赩IS 0.4 μm BCD工藝,使用Hspice進(jìn)行了仿真驗(yàn)證。仿真結(jié)果表明:電路能夠?qū)?12~12 V的電壓比較得到正確的數(shù)字信號(hào)。在常溫即25 ℃,TT工藝角下,遲滯門限為108.9 mV。在溫度從-40 ℃~125 ℃變化時(shí),遲滯門限電壓變化小于9.16 mV,溫度系數(shù)為0.055 5 mV/℃。

Design of a hysteresis comparator with wide input range for CAN transceiver

Abstract: A hysteresis comparator with wide input range for Controller Area Network(CAN) transceiver is designed to convert the
-12~12 V signals on CAN bus into 0~5 V serial digital signals. The solution is to use resistance to linearly superimpose the signals on the power supply and bus to get the signals in the 5 V voltage, then use full differential amplifier to clamp, use common mode feedback to stabilize the common mode working point, and finally use the internal positive feedback hysteresis comparator that can compensate the temperature of the tail current to get the digital signal. Based on VIS 0.4 μm BCD process, Hspice is used for simulation and verification. The simulation results show that the circuit can get the correct digital signal by comparing the voltage of -12~12 V. The hysteresis threshold was 108.9 mV at room temperature(25 ℃) and TT process corner. When the temperature changes from -40 ℃ to 125 ℃,the change of hysteresis threshold voltage is smaller than 9.16 mV,the temperature coefficient is 0.055 5 mV/℃.

0 引言
CAN總線作為一種現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線,因?yàn)槠淇煽堪踩?、?shí)時(shí)通信和靈活控制的特點(diǎn),在工程實(shí)踐中廣受工程師的歡迎[1]。CAN總線整體由物理總線、收發(fā)器和控制單元三部分構(gòu)成。CAN收發(fā)器是負(fù)責(zé)MCU或DSP等CAN控制單元和物理總線之間信號(hào)傳遞的結(jié)構(gòu)[2]。CAN總線上的信號(hào)CANH和CANL是擺幅為-12~12 V的差分電壓信號(hào),而CAN控制單元僅識(shí)別數(shù)字信號(hào),所以CAN收發(fā)器中的比較器需要將共模范圍為-12~12 V的模擬信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)化為0~5 V的串行數(shù)字信號(hào)。CAN收發(fā)器中比較器的性能對(duì)整個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)的安全性、可靠性和電磁兼容性起到了關(guān)鍵作用[3]。本文設(shè)計(jì)的比較器目的就是將總線信號(hào)CANH和CANL得到的差分信號(hào)VID轉(zhuǎn)化為數(shù)字信號(hào),比較器輸出的遲滯范圍約為108.9 mV。
