5G在裝備制造業(yè)的應(yīng)用研究

摘要: 裝備制造業(yè)涉及航空制造、汽車制造、船舶制造等多個(gè)重要領(lǐng)域,產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)工藝復(fù)雜、構(gòu)件規(guī)模大、生產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì)不確定性大,對(duì)于協(xié)同性、精密性、安全性等要求較高。5G技術(shù)具有低延時(shí)高可靠、大帶寬高速率、軟件架構(gòu)等特點(diǎn),結(jié)合邊緣計(jì)算、人工智能等技術(shù),能夠在設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)、運(yùn)維等不同環(huán)節(jié)賦能裝備制造業(yè)。分析了裝備制造業(yè)在各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)面臨的主要痛點(diǎn)以及對(duì)5G的應(yīng)用需求,介紹了典型場景應(yīng)用方案及效果,并對(duì)裝備制造業(yè)進(jìn)行5G應(yīng)用面臨的難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,提出了相關(guān)建議。

Abstract: Equipment manufacturing industry involves many important fields, such as aviation manufacturing, automobile manufacturing, and shipbuilding. Its product production process is complex, whose component scale is large and production design is uncertain.So the requirements of equipment manufacturing for coordination, precision and safety are strict. 5G has the characteristics of low delay, high reliability, large bandwidth and high speed. It also has software architecture. Combined with edge calculation, AI and other digital technologies, 5G can enable the equipment manufacturing industry to upgrate in different links such as design, production, operation and maintenance.The paper analyzes the main pain points faced by the equipment manufacturing industry in each link and the application requirements of 5G. Then it introduces the application schemes and application outcome of typical scenarios. Finally, it analyzes the difficulties faced by the equipment manufacturing industry in 5G application, and puts forward relevant suggestions.

0 引言
裝備制造業(yè)涉及航空制造、船舶制造、汽車制造與工程機(jī)械制造等重要領(lǐng)域,具有產(chǎn)品構(gòu)件規(guī)模大復(fù)雜化、設(shè)計(jì)不確定性大、生產(chǎn)“小批量定制化”、質(zhì)量檢測種類多等特點(diǎn),迫切需要提高設(shè)計(jì)可靠性、生產(chǎn)裝配的協(xié)同性與精密性等,數(shù)字化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、智能化、精益化升級(jí)潛力巨大。本文對(duì)裝備制造業(yè)各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)面臨的痛點(diǎn)及對(duì)5G的需求進(jìn)行研究,梳理5G主要應(yīng)用場景,介紹遠(yuǎn)程協(xié)作、視覺識(shí)別與檢測、AGV物流、生產(chǎn)流程透明化等典型場景中5G的應(yīng)用與效果,最終對(duì)裝備制造業(yè)開展5G應(yīng)用面臨的主要問題進(jìn)行了分析并提出建議。
