5G在物流倉儲(chǔ)行業(yè)的融合應(yīng)用研究

摘要: 物流業(yè)是支撐國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)性、戰(zhàn)略性、先導(dǎo)性產(chǎn)業(yè)。倉儲(chǔ)作為物流行業(yè)的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),面臨碎片化倉儲(chǔ)的利用率低、高標(biāo)倉占比少、分揀準(zhǔn)確率低、多倉管理難等“效率泥潭”,而提升倉儲(chǔ)效率瓶頸的關(guān)鍵是加強(qiáng)數(shù)字物流基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)。作為新型數(shù)字化基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)之一,5G在提供低延時(shí)、高帶寬、海量接入的網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力基礎(chǔ)上,可以利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)切片、邊緣計(jì)算和端邊云協(xié)同等先進(jìn)技術(shù),促進(jìn)計(jì)算和存儲(chǔ)資源在端邊云設(shè)施上的高效分配,從而以更加靈活、高效、快速迭代、可演進(jìn)的模式推動(dòng)物流倉儲(chǔ)的智慧化升級(jí)。梳理了基于5G的物流智能倉儲(chǔ)的應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景,論述了5G技術(shù)助力物流倉儲(chǔ)智能升級(jí)中發(fā)揮的作用和價(jià)值。

Abstract: Logistics industry is a basic, strategic and leading industry supporting the development of national economy. As the key part in the logistics industry, warehousing is faced with the "efficiency mire", such as low utilization rate, low proportion of high-standard warehouses, low sorting accuracy, and difficult multi-warehouse management. The key to improve the efficiency of warehousing is to strengthen the construction of digital logistics infrastructure. As one of the key technologies in the new digital infrastructure, 5G can provide network capabilities with low latency, high bandwidth and massive access. 5G can also make use of advanced technologies such as network slicing, edge computing and end-edge-cloud collaboration to promote efficient allocation of computing and storage resources on edge-cloud facilities. Thus a more flexible, efficient, fast iterative and evolvable model will promote the intelligent upgrading of logistics and warehousing. This paper sorts out the application scenarios of intelligent logistics warehousing based on 5G, and discusses the role and value of 5G technology in facilitating intelligent upgrading of logistics warehousing.

0 引言

    根據(jù)國(guó)家統(tǒng)計(jì)局?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)[1],我國(guó)當(dāng)前物流總費(fèi)用與GDP值的比值約在14%,高于美國(guó)日本等發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的8%~9%,其中約47%是倉儲(chǔ)環(huán)節(jié)成本[2],而倉儲(chǔ)環(huán)節(jié)正面臨的碎片化利用率低、高標(biāo)倉占比少、分揀準(zhǔn)確率低、多倉管理難等“效率泥潭”。國(guó)家發(fā)展和改革委員會(huì)在《關(guān)于推動(dòng)物流高質(zhì)量發(fā)展促進(jìn)形成強(qiáng)大國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)的意見》中明確提出:為鞏固物流降本增效成果,提出加大重大智能物流技術(shù)研發(fā)力度,加強(qiáng)物流核心裝備設(shè)施研發(fā)攻關(guān),推動(dòng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)裝備產(chǎn)業(yè)化,加強(qiáng)數(shù)字物流基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),提高物流軟件智慧化水平等政策意見。

    5G是構(gòu)建的新型基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)之一[3]。5G克服了傳統(tǒng)有線和Wi-Fi等技術(shù)的靈活性差、信號(hào)覆蓋和終端數(shù)受限、難以大范圍移動(dòng)、干擾嚴(yán)重等問題,可支撐大規(guī)模物流裝備的實(shí)時(shí)協(xié)同控制;利用多接入邊緣計(jì)算(Multi-access Edge Computing,MEC),將物流裝備的算力需求上移至邊緣,實(shí)現(xiàn)低成本輕量化部署和快速迭代升級(jí)[4]。同時(shí),基于5G廣域網(wǎng)架構(gòu),技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和通用化水平高,向6G的技術(shù)演進(jìn)路線清晰[5],利用端邊云協(xié)同能力,可實(shí)現(xiàn)物流軟件的多云協(xié)同部署,提升物流軟件的智慧化水平[6]
