摘要: 隨著工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的不斷發(fā)展,石化行業(yè)工業(yè)控制系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)逐漸突出。在“十四五”信息化和工業(yè)化深度融合發(fā)展的大背景下,工控系統(tǒng)作為國家關(guān)鍵信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施重點(diǎn)保護(hù)對象,快速提升其安全防護(hù)能力尤為重要。以近年工控系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全事件為出發(fā)點(diǎn),立足國家網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全法律法規(guī)以及等級保護(hù)政策標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系,梳理了石化行業(yè)工控系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全防護(hù)建設(shè)思路,提出了一套石化行業(yè)工控系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全防護(hù)體系。

Analysis on the construction of network security protection system of industrial control system in petrochemical industry

Abstract: The cybersecurity risks of industrial control systems in the petrochemical industry have gradually become prominent with the continuous development of the Industrial Internet. In the context of the in-depth integration of informatization and industrialization in the "14th Five-Year Plan", industrial control systems, as the key protection objects of national key information infrastructure, are particularly important to rapidly improve their security protection capabilities. Taking the industrial control system network security incidents in recent years as the starting point, based on the national network security laws and regulations as well as the hierarchical protection policy standard system, the idea of the network security protection construction of the industrial control system in the petrochemical industry is sorted out, and a set of network security protection system for the industrial control system in the petrochemical industry is proposed.

0 引言

工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)安全與工業(yè)控制系統(tǒng)(以下簡稱工控系統(tǒng))安全密切相關(guān),隨著工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域日益廣泛,相關(guān)安全事件連年頻發(fā)。工控系統(tǒng)作為石化行業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全建設(shè)的重要分支,需要不斷提升其安全防護(hù)體系建設(shè)能力,實(shí)時(shí)構(gòu)建彈性防御體系,避免、轉(zhuǎn)移、降低系統(tǒng)面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),從而切實(shí)保障工控系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全。
