一種基于海思芯片的網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控圖像處理平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)

摘要: 針對(duì)目前工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)、安防監(jiān)控領(lǐng)域、汽車(chē)電子行業(yè)攝像采集環(huán)境搭建復(fù)雜、成本高、功能單一的現(xiàn)狀,設(shè)計(jì)和開(kāi)發(fā)了一種基于海思芯片的網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控圖像處理平臺(tái)。平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)采用NVR與DVR相結(jié)合的方式,既可以同時(shí)觀(guān)看、瀏覽、回放、管理、存儲(chǔ)多個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)攝像機(jī)視頻流,又可以進(jìn)行圖像計(jì)算,具有對(duì)圖像/語(yǔ)音和動(dòng)態(tài)幀控制的功能。系統(tǒng)采用海思HI3559AV100+HI3531DV200雙CPU的設(shè)計(jì)架構(gòu),利用HI3559AV100出色的視頻處理能力,HI3531DV200優(yōu)異的編解碼能力,系統(tǒng)包含CPU基本系統(tǒng)、高清視頻接口電路和電源電路等。該平臺(tái)能夠通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)接收視頻流,最高解碼能力達(dá)到16路1080p30,支持2組高清異源輸出。該設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)過(guò)實(shí)際工程樣機(jī)驗(yàn)證,圖像輸出清晰流暢,系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定。可滿(mǎn)足不同場(chǎng)景下應(yīng)用要求,并且還具有操作簡(jiǎn)單、適用性廣的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

Abstract: Aiming at the current status quo that in industrial site, security monitoring field and automotive electronics industry camera acquisition′s environment building is complex, the cost is high,and the function is single,this paper designs and develops a network monitoring image processing platform based on HiSilicon chip. The platform is designed to use a combination of NVR and DVR, which can not only view, browse, play back, manage, and store multiple network camera video streams at the same time, but also perform image calculations, with the function of image/voice and dynamic frame control. The system adopts the design architecture of HiSilicon HI3559AV100+HI3531DV200 dual CPU, utilizes the excellent video processing capability of HI3559AV100, the excellent codec capability of HI3531DV200, the basic system of the system package CPU, the high-definition video interface circuit and the power supply circuit. The platform can receive video streams through the network, with a maximum decoding capacity of 16 channels of 1080p30, and supports 2 sets of high-definition heterologous outputs. The design has been verified by the actual engineering prototype, the image output is clear and smooth, and the system runs stably. It can be used to meet the application requirements of different scenarios, and also has the advantages of simple operation and wide applicability.

0 引言

    隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,數(shù)字圖像處理的應(yīng)用愈來(lái)愈廣泛,現(xiàn)在在安防監(jiān)控、工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)、汽車(chē)電子等領(lǐng)域數(shù)字圖像處理的要求進(jìn)一步提升。圖像處理系統(tǒng)一般由視頻采集、視頻處理、視頻傳輸、視頻顯示、視頻記錄五部分組成[1]。目前主流的監(jiān)控相機(jī)接口有SDI[2]、S-Video、MIPI、DVP、網(wǎng)口等,其中MPI與DVP不適合長(zhǎng)距離傳輸應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景;SDI是利用同軸電纜來(lái)傳輸非壓縮的數(shù)字視頻信號(hào),S-Video是一種五芯接口,由兩路視亮度信號(hào)、兩路視頻色度信號(hào)和一路公共屏蔽地線(xiàn)共五條芯線(xiàn)傳輸視頻信號(hào),這兩種制式信號(hào)理論上可以長(zhǎng)距離傳輸,但是線(xiàn)纜成本及長(zhǎng)距離傳輸線(xiàn)纜上的損耗永遠(yuǎn)是個(gè)難以均衡的因素。至此網(wǎng)絡(luò)攝像頭就脫穎而出,可以長(zhǎng)距離傳輸有能保障信號(hào)質(zhì)量,對(duì)高視頻分辨率的要求僅受限于網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸帶寬。通過(guò)高壓縮率的編碼技術(shù),可以解決實(shí)現(xiàn)高分辨率全景視頻的網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸。其次現(xiàn)有的NVR、DVR設(shè)備或圖像處理系統(tǒng),要么僅在編解碼或處理方向功能出色,要么系統(tǒng)體積龐大、移動(dòng)不便、安裝困難[3]。
