基于諧波抑制的小型化高效率功率放大器設(shè)計(jì)

摘要: 針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)VHF波段功率放大器存在的體積大、效率低、諧波干擾嚴(yán)重等問題,利用集總參數(shù)元件設(shè)計(jì)了一款工作于該波段的小型化、高功率、高效率功率放大器。通過在功率放大器的輸出匹配電路中引入多級(jí)LC諧振網(wǎng)絡(luò),實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)諧波分量的有效抑制,提高了功率放大器的線性度和效率,也改善了電磁兼容性。實(shí)物測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,該功率放大器的飽和輸出功率約為44.9 dBm,飽和功率增益為14 dB,功率附加效率為62%,性能優(yōu)良,具有較好的實(shí)際工程應(yīng)用價(jià)值,可廣泛應(yīng)用于航空、航天等領(lǐng)域。

Design of miniaturized high efficiency power amplifier based on harmonic suppression

Abstract: To overcome conventional VHF power amplifiers′ shortcomings of bulky size, low efficiency, and EM interferences due to output harmonics, a miniaturized, high power and high efficiency power amplifier working in VHF band is designed by using lumped parameter elements in this paper. In this work, multiple series LC resonators are introduced into the output matching circuit of the power amplifier, with effectively suppressed harmonic components, improved linearity and efficiency, as well as improved electromagnetic compatibility of the power amplifier. Finally, the physical test results show that the saturated output power of the power amplifier is about 44.9 dBm, the saturated power gain is 14 dB, and the power added efficiency is 62%. With its excellent performance, it has good practical engineering application value and can be widely used in aviation, aerospace and other fields.

0 引言

    隨著無線通信技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,對(duì)于無線通信設(shè)備的相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)要求也越來越高。功率放大器通常位于發(fā)射機(jī)的最末級(jí),作為射頻傳輸系統(tǒng)中平均能耗最大的模塊之一,其增益、功率、效率等性能參數(shù)已經(jīng)成為了能從很大程度上直接反映系統(tǒng)整體性能的關(guān)鍵性指標(biāo)[1]

    如今,國際上對(duì)于高頻、高集成化功率放大電路的研究越發(fā)火熱,然而在較低頻段下卻缺乏簡(jiǎn)單而又性能優(yōu)良的設(shè)計(jì)方案。對(duì)于VHF波段的信號(hào),由于受到波長(zhǎng)的影響,在該波段內(nèi)傳統(tǒng)的分布式參數(shù)電路往往體積龐大,不利于小型化設(shè)計(jì);同時(shí),因信號(hào)頻率較低,功率放大器又多工作在飽和狀態(tài),功放的非線性特性將會(huì)引入大量的諧波分量,且該波段內(nèi)諧波的頻率分布十分密集,不僅會(huì)造成基波信號(hào)能量的流失,功率較大的諧波信號(hào)也會(huì)在各系統(tǒng)間形成強(qiáng)烈的電磁干擾。本文提出了一種VHF波段小型化、高功率、高效率、高諧波抑制功率放大器,利用集總參數(shù)元件進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),大幅減小了模塊的整體電路面積,同時(shí)利用多級(jí)LC諧振網(wǎng)絡(luò),增加對(duì)諧波分量的抑制,進(jìn)一步提高了功率放大器的效率[2]
