反激變換器開關(guān)噪聲抑制策略

摘要: 多用于小功率輔助電源的反激變換器拓?fù)洌β势骷膶?dǎo)通及關(guān)斷噪聲在高壓輸入的情況下更加嚴(yán)重,甚至導(dǎo)致芯片無法正常工作。首先分析了反激變換器噪聲的產(chǎn)生機(jī)理,通過控制變壓器漏感,結(jié)合變換器負(fù)載條件以抑制輸出導(dǎo)通噪聲;其次,利用TL431及光耦變換器特性,設(shè)計可變補(bǔ)償網(wǎng)絡(luò),從環(huán)路控制方面補(bǔ)償漏感變化造成的系統(tǒng)性能降低;最后,搭建輸入430 V~650 V,多路輸出共10 W的反激輔助電源,實驗結(jié)果驗證了設(shè)計的可行性與正確性。

Switching noise suppression strategy for flyback converter

Abstract: The flyback converter topology is mostly used for low-power power supply, and in the case of high-voltage input, switching voltage spikes of power devices have become more serious, and even cause the chip to fail to work normally. In this paper, the generation mechanism of flyback converter noise is analyzed in detail. Combined with transformer leakage inductance regulation and converter load conditions, the output voltage spikes can be suppressed. Secondly, using the characteristics of TL431 and optocoupler converter, a variable compensation network is designed to compensate system performance degradation caused by leakage inductance change from loop control. Finally, a multi-output flyback power with input 430~650 V, output 10 W is built. The experimental results verify the feasibility and correctness of the design.

0 引言
反激變換器得益于其較少的功率器件及較低的成本,成為并網(wǎng)逆變器、整流器等電力電子系統(tǒng)的輔助電源主流拓?fù)渲?。輔助電源負(fù)載多為控制芯片、驅(qū)動芯片等小功率負(fù)載,此類負(fù)載對供電質(zhì)量有較高的要求,隨著電力電子系統(tǒng)輸出功率的提高,反激變換器輸出噪聲及電磁干擾加重,影響系統(tǒng)采樣信號的準(zhǔn)確性及控制精度,嚴(yán)重時導(dǎo)致芯片無法正常工作。
反激變換器輸出噪聲主要來自于功率器件的開關(guān)過程,強(qiáng)相關(guān)于變壓器漏感,當(dāng)原邊電壓較高時,開關(guān)噪聲同樣影響反激變換器自身電流采樣精度,甚至導(dǎo)致反激變換器功率器件的誤導(dǎo)通。
