基于無線Mesh自組網(wǎng)煤礦液壓支架壓力傳感器設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用

摘要: 通過研究現(xiàn)有無線礦山壓力監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)中液壓支架傳感器應(yīng)用情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)普遍存在數(shù)據(jù)傳輸不穩(wěn)定與傳感器功耗高問題,為此利用無線Mesh自組網(wǎng)技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)煤礦液壓支架壓力傳感器,克服數(shù)據(jù)傳輸不穩(wěn)定及功耗高的問題。以STM32L412單片機(jī)為核心處理器,定時(shí)采集液壓支架壓力數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)壓力數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理和存儲(chǔ),并控制數(shù)據(jù)通過無線Mesh網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸至監(jiān)測(cè)分站,最終到達(dá)地面監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)。設(shè)計(jì)中將無線Mesh模塊喚醒機(jī)制與STM32L412單片機(jī)低功耗模式結(jié)合設(shè)計(jì),保證數(shù)據(jù)傳輸可靠性同時(shí),兼顧傳感器低功耗。經(jīng)過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際應(yīng)用,所設(shè)計(jì)的液壓支架壓力傳感器在礦井下環(huán)境中數(shù)據(jù)傳輸穩(wěn)定、傳感器功耗低,適合煤礦工作面液壓支架壓力采集監(jiān)測(cè)。

Design and application of coal mine hydraulic support pressure sensor based on wireless Mesh Ad Hoc network

Abstract: By research the application of hydraulic support sensors in existing wireless mine pressure monitoring systems, it′s fowd that it always exists unstable data transmission and high sensor power consumption problems. This paper introduces a kind of coal mine hydraulic support pressure sensor based on wireless Mesh ADHoc network, to overcome the problems of unstable data transmission and high sensor power. It takes STM32L412 microcontroller as the core processor, regularly collects pressure data of hydraulic supports, process and stoves the pressure data, and controls the data transferred through the wireless Mesh network to the substation, the pressure data finally reach the ground system. The design combines Mesh module wakeup mechanism with STM32L412 microcontroller lowpower mode to ensure data transmission reliability while also considering the low power consumption of the sensor. After onsite practical application, the hydraulic support pressure sensor has achieved the design goals in terms of network data transmission and low power consumption in the coal mine underground environment, it is suitable for pressure collection and monitoring of hydraulic supports in coal mining face.

引言

我國(guó)煤礦自上世紀(jì)70年引入綜合機(jī)械化采煤技術(shù)(簡(jiǎn)稱“綜采技術(shù)”)[1],煤礦開采效率顯著提高,為經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展提供了充足的能源供應(yīng),同時(shí)經(jīng)過各煤礦科研院所、煤礦企業(yè)單位50余年的不斷探索、創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用、持續(xù)發(fā)展,取得一系列矚目的成果,形成針對(duì)不同煤層條件下綜放開采技術(shù)與成套裝備,綜放開采技術(shù)已經(jīng)成為我國(guó)開采厚煤層的主要方法,也是我國(guó)在世界煤炭開采行業(yè)的標(biāo)志性技術(shù)[2]。綜采的主要裝備包括采煤機(jī)、液壓支架、端頭支架、刮板輸送機(jī)、轉(zhuǎn)載機(jī)、破碎機(jī)、順槽膠帶輸送機(jī)等。液壓支架是煤礦開采工作中的重要設(shè)備[3],起到支撐頂板,保護(hù)采煤機(jī)、刮板輸送機(jī)和采煤工作面工人安全作用。液壓支架由金屬構(gòu)件和若干液壓元件組成,以高壓液體作為動(dòng)力,能實(shí)現(xiàn)支撐、切頂、自移和推移刮板輸送機(jī)等功能。液壓支架對(duì)煤礦綜采工作面的安全生產(chǎn)起著至關(guān)重要的作用,是采煤工作面實(shí)現(xiàn)高產(chǎn)高效的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備[4],通過監(jiān)測(cè)液壓支架壓力變化規(guī)律分析,得到液壓支架工作初撐力、末阻力[5]、安全閥開啟率、頂板周期來壓[6]、推進(jìn)度等重要信息,再對(duì)整個(gè)工作面液壓支架的壓力數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,可得出整個(gè)采煤工作面的礦壓顯現(xiàn)規(guī)律,液壓支架的工作狀態(tài)及礦壓顯現(xiàn)規(guī)律設(shè)定液壓支架的一個(gè)循環(huán)為從液壓支架的初撐力到末阻力的時(shí)間段[7],為煤礦安全提供技術(shù)保障。
