基于超御PLC的風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)主控設(shè)計(jì)與研究

摘要: 風(fēng)力發(fā)電在我國發(fā)展迅猛,是國家電力能源的重要組成部分,風(fēng)電系統(tǒng)的安全對(duì)國家基礎(chǔ)能源設(shè)施安全具有重要的意義。風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)主控系統(tǒng)的核心控制器依賴進(jìn)口,主要包括德國倍福、奧地利巴合曼等,底層CPU芯片均為進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品。關(guān)鍵核心器件嚴(yán)重受制于人,對(duì)風(fēng)電行業(yè)的平穩(wěn)發(fā)展和國家重要電力基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的安全運(yùn)行構(gòu)成嚴(yán)重威脅。超御PLC作為自主安全工控核心產(chǎn)品,構(gòu)建以新能源為主體的新型電力系統(tǒng),解決關(guān)鍵技術(shù)“卡脖子”問題,是貫徹新發(fā)展理念,落實(shí)國家雙碳目標(biāo)的關(guān)鍵舉措。研究設(shè)計(jì)基于超御PLC的風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)主控系統(tǒng),是落實(shí)國家能源設(shè)施安全,實(shí)現(xiàn)自主安全的關(guān)鍵舉措。

Design and research of wind turbine control system based on CHAOYU PLC

Abstract: Wind power generation, as an important component of national electricity energy, is developing rapidly in China. The safety of wind power systems is of great significance to the security of national basic energy facilities. The core controller of the wind turbine control system relies on imports, mainly including Germany’s BECKHOFF, Austria’s BACHMANN, etc. The underlying CPU chips are all imported products. The critical core components are severely constrained by others, posing a serious threat to the stable development of the wind power industry and the safe operation of important national power infrastructure. As an independent and secure industrial control core product, CHAOYU Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) builds a new type of power system with new energy as the main body and solves key technical bottleneck problems, which is a key measure to implement the new development concept and the national dual carbon goals. The research and design of a wind turbine control system based on CHAOYU PLC is a key measure to implement national energy facility safety and achieve autonomous security.

引言

風(fēng)力發(fā)電在我國發(fā)展迅猛,近幾年一直保持著較高的增長量,在國內(nèi)電力清潔能源市場中占有非常高的份額。截至2021年,全國陸上風(fēng)電累計(jì)裝機(jī)占全球陸上裝機(jī)的40%,海上風(fēng)電累計(jì)裝機(jī)占全球海上裝機(jī)的48%,均已成為累計(jì)裝機(jī)量第一大國。我國利用風(fēng)能并網(wǎng)發(fā)電始于20世紀(jì)70年代末,至今已經(jīng)歷時(shí)30年,在風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組研發(fā)制造各個(gè)領(lǐng)域取得了豐厚的碩果。

當(dāng)下國際形勢復(fù)雜多變,一些地區(qū)存在沖突和緊張局勢,涉及國計(jì)民生的重要基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施自主安全顯得尤為重要。風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組主控系統(tǒng)的可編程邏輯控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)依賴進(jìn)口,以德國倍福PLC、奧地利巴合曼PLC為主,其余分別為ABB、貝加萊、西門子等[1],存在斷供和“卡脖子”的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。“十三五”期間,國家將關(guān)鍵信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施作為網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全的重中之重,其控制系統(tǒng)PLC被納入網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)鍵設(shè)備進(jìn)行管理[2],本文基于國產(chǎn)超御PLC設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組主控系統(tǒng),從而解決風(fēng)力發(fā)電領(lǐng)域主要核心部件對(duì)進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品的依賴問題。
