31.8~33.4 GHz頻段5G系統(tǒng)與無(wú)線電導(dǎo)航業(yè)務(wù)共存分析

摘要: 為確定在31.8 GHz~33.4 GHz頻段為移動(dòng)通信做出附加主要業(yè)務(wù)劃分的可行性,對(duì)該頻段第五代移動(dòng)通信(5G)系統(tǒng)與無(wú)線電規(guī)則頻率劃分表中的主要業(yè)務(wù)無(wú)線電導(dǎo)航業(yè)務(wù)間的同頻共存問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)間同頻共存分析。采用最新的5G系統(tǒng)技術(shù)參數(shù)以及典型的無(wú)線電導(dǎo)航業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)參數(shù),通過(guò)仿真5G系統(tǒng)基站對(duì)無(wú)線電導(dǎo)航業(yè)務(wù)干擾功率密度,計(jì)算不同場(chǎng)景下5G系統(tǒng)基站對(duì)無(wú)線電導(dǎo)航業(yè)務(wù)的干擾概率。仿真結(jié)果表明,5G系統(tǒng)基站對(duì)無(wú)線電導(dǎo)航業(yè)務(wù)的同頻干擾概率較大,因此,不建議在該頻段引入移動(dòng)通信系統(tǒng)。

Co-existence analysis between 5G system and radionavigation service in 31.8~33.4 GHz

Abstract: In order to determine the feasibility of additional allocations to the mobile services on a primary basis in the frequency band 31.8~33.4 GHz, this paper analyzes the electromagnetic compatibility between the 5th Generation(5G) international mobile telecommunications system and radionavigation service, which is the principal services according to regulations on the radio frequency allocation in the frequency band. The paper simulates the aggregated interference from the 5G base stations, adopts the latest parameters and the typical characteristics of radionavigation service, and calculates the interference probability in different scenarios. The simulation results show that the 5G base stations may cause harmful interference to radionavigation service, so it is not recommended to introduce mobile communication system in this frequency band.

0 引言

    31.8~33.4 GHz是世界無(wú)線電大會(huì)2019(WRC-19)議題1.13的重點(diǎn)關(guān)注頻段之一[1]。該議題主要目的是為國(guó)際移動(dòng)通信(IMT)確定頻段,包括可能在24.25~86 GHz之間的部分頻段為移動(dòng)業(yè)務(wù)做出附加主要業(yè)務(wù)劃分,以實(shí)現(xiàn)IMT在2020年及之后的未來(lái)發(fā)展。該項(xiàng)研究涉及全球5G毫米波頻段規(guī)劃,目前主要是考慮5G系統(tǒng)與各頻段現(xiàn)有業(yè)務(wù)的電磁兼容性問(wèn)題。

    根據(jù)無(wú)線電規(guī)則,31.8~33.4 GHz頻段目前已經(jīng)劃分給作為主要業(yè)務(wù)的無(wú)線電導(dǎo)航等業(yè)務(wù),主要使用者是無(wú)線電導(dǎo)航機(jī)載雷達(dá)。此類(lèi)雷達(dá)系統(tǒng)裝置在全球的航空器上,用于地面繪圖、氣象避險(xiǎn)、為在惡劣條件下實(shí)施精確空投校準(zhǔn)機(jī)載導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng);并向飛行員提供數(shù)據(jù),以降低惡劣氣象條件下著陸階段的決策高度。這是一種安全業(yè)務(wù),需要保證其不遭受有害干擾[2]

    本文采用最新的5G通信系統(tǒng)參數(shù)和典型的無(wú)線電導(dǎo)航雷達(dá)參數(shù),仿真計(jì)算5G系統(tǒng)基站對(duì)無(wú)線電導(dǎo)航業(yè)務(wù)的干擾,對(duì)兩系統(tǒng)間的同頻共存進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析研究,以確定在該頻段為IMT業(yè)務(wù)做出附加主要業(yè)務(wù)劃分的可行性。
