一種針對(duì)傳染病接觸者的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控和隱私保護(hù)方法

摘要: 目前的傳染病監(jiān)控大都只是對(duì)發(fā)病地區(qū)居民健康和位置數(shù)據(jù)的采集和分析,未給出針對(duì)接觸者健康監(jiān)控、數(shù)據(jù)隱私保護(hù)和確診收治的有效方法。因此,提出了一個(gè)針對(duì)接觸者健康監(jiān)控、位置軌跡記錄和疑似處理的完整系統(tǒng)模型,設(shè)計(jì)了基于手機(jī)注冊(cè)、身份認(rèn)證和加密機(jī)制的個(gè)人數(shù)據(jù)保護(hù)方法,進(jìn)而提出了位置數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)分離存儲(chǔ)和雙重加密的位置軌跡保護(hù)策略。理論安全分析表明:提出的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控模型和隱私保護(hù)方法,能夠有效對(duì)抗傳輸攻擊和數(shù)據(jù)使用過(guò)程的隱私泄露。該研究有望為傳染病遠(yuǎn)程防控提供一種新的有效途徑。

Remote monitoring and privacy protection method for the contacts in infectious disease

Abstract: Most of the developed infectious-surveillance methods just realized the collection and analysis of the health and location data of residents in the affected area, and no any effective method was provided to implement the health monitoring, data privacy protection and treating for suspected patients, simultaneously. Therefore, a novel system model implementing the contacts′ health monitoring, location track recording and suspected handling was proposed in this work. Further, to implement the privacy protection of contacts′ personal information, a set of methods containing phone registration, identity authentication and encryption mechanisms were proposed, and to protect the users′ location information, we proposed the strategies of location data stored in a single database and encrypted by a double encryption mechanism. Theoretical security analysis demonstrated that the proposed remote monitoring system and privacy protection method can effectively defend the attacks in data transmission and privacy leakage in data usage. The research in this paper is expected to provide an effective way for the remote prevention and control of infectious diseases.

0 引言

         傳染病的爆發(fā)導(dǎo)致健康和經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī),并將引發(fā)社會(huì)恐慌。例如:2020年的新型冠狀病毒,嚴(yán)重影響到全世界人民的正常生活。為了抑制病毒蔓延,出現(xiàn)了基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境的健康信息監(jiān)控手段,主要依靠傳感器設(shè)備采集居民健康數(shù)據(jù),并記錄其位置信息[1-6]。

         目前,基于傳感器的網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控技術(shù)已經(jīng)應(yīng)用于傳染病領(lǐng)域,主要工作是監(jiān)控患者的健康信息和位置信息。例如:文獻(xiàn)[7]、[8]提出基于無(wú)線人體區(qū)域網(wǎng)絡(luò)(Wireless Body Area Network,WBAN)和手機(jī)的方式,同時(shí)采集身體實(shí)時(shí)生命體征和動(dòng)態(tài)社會(huì)互動(dòng)信息的方法,從而對(duì)傳染源進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)追蹤。文獻(xiàn)[9]利用WBAN采集體溫血壓等主要參數(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)埃博拉感染者的持續(xù)檢測(cè)和遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)。然而,上述工作只是實(shí)現(xiàn)健康數(shù)據(jù)和位置信息的采集和分析,并沒(méi)有考慮被監(jiān)測(cè)者的數(shù)據(jù)隱私問(wèn)題。
