人工智能與區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)融合發(fā)展研究

摘要: 人工智能(AI)、區(qū)塊鏈作為新一代信息技術(shù)發(fā)展的重要領域,已成為國家戰(zhàn)略性前沿技術(shù)。隨著人工智能和區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)的齊驅(qū)并進,在不斷突破自身領域技術(shù)發(fā)展、推動產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的同時,也面臨著數(shù)據(jù)孤島、技術(shù)壁壘高、算力成本高等問題。結(jié)合人工智能和區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)特點,從數(shù)據(jù)共享、算法共享、算力供給等6大融合關(guān)鍵點進行剖析,并對兩者融合發(fā)展能夠解決的技術(shù)難題進行了初步探究,為助推新一代信息技術(shù)向多元化、智能化、安全化發(fā)展提供參考。

Research on the integration of artificial intelligence and blockchain technology

Abstract: As an important field of the development of new generation information technology, artificial intelligence and blockchain have been regarded as the national strategic frontier technology. With the development of artificial intelligence and blockchain technology, while constantly breaking through the technical development in their own fields and promoting industrial transformation and upgrading, they are also facing the problems of data island, high technical barriers and high computing cost. Combined with the characteristics of artificial intelligence and blockchain technology, this paper analyzes the six key points of integration, such as data sharing, algorithm sharing and computing power supply, and preliminarily explores the technical problems that can be solved by the integration of the two, so as to provide reference for promoting the development of new generation information technology to diversification, intelligence and security.

0 引言
目前,以人工智能、區(qū)塊鏈、大數(shù)據(jù)、云計算等為代表的新一代信息技術(shù)正在成為推動中國數(shù)字經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的新動能。人工智能作為新一輪產(chǎn)業(yè)革命的重要引擎,是推動實體經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要驅(qū)動力,其開放創(chuàng)新已經(jīng)上升到國家戰(zhàn)略。區(qū)塊鏈自2016年首次被列入《“十三五”國家信息化規(guī)劃》以來,其技術(shù)發(fā)展持續(xù)推動產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新,并不斷提高區(qū)塊鏈新興領域產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢??梢?,區(qū)塊鏈和人工智能是兩種技術(shù)趨勢,并具有各自的顯著特征及開拓性,且其發(fā)展側(cè)重點各有不同:區(qū)塊鏈的重心在于保持記錄、認證和執(zhí)行的準確,而人工智能則助力于決策、評估和理解某些模式和數(shù)據(jù)集,最終產(chǎn)生自主交互[1]。一方面,兩者具有的主要共同特點和需求,將是其融合發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵;另一方面,兩者都有助于提高對方的能力,同時也提供了更好的監(jiān)督和問責的機會,如果將兩種技術(shù)融合使用,可能是對整個技術(shù)(甚至人類)的重新定義。
