Design and application of distributed cloud platform for quality control of typical special equipment

Abstract: In view of the problems of cross-regional, multi-agent, scattered distribution, low quality, difficult sharing, low efficiency, and inability to timely enable the intelligent supervision of special equipment, a distributed cloud platform for quality control of typical special equipment such as elevators, long tube trailers, and large amusement facilities has been developed and applied. The basic technical requirements, application integration requirements, architecture requirements, security requirements and performance requirements of special equipment quality control distributed cloud platform design were proposed. With service + data as the core, a highly flexible and reliable distributed cloud platform architecture was established through capability platform and centralized management and control, and the cloud platform prototype was designed and developed. The demonstration application scenario was established with the main line of the "1+N+3" platform consisting of the inspection big data platform, the distributed cloud platform for special equipment quality control, the national elevator accident traceability platform, the longtube trailer dynamic risk supervision platform, and the national large-scale amusement facility health management platform. It realizes the application of the three aspects of storage, traceability and coordination, provides new means and tools for intelligent supervision, and improves the efficiency and transparency of special equipment management.
