雙冷源除濕機(jī)用驅(qū)動(dòng)控制電源分析與設(shè)計(jì)

摘要: 目前多功能電源廣泛地應(yīng)用于各類控制器產(chǎn)品中,傳統(tǒng)的驅(qū)動(dòng)控制電源多為單輸入單輸出形式,難以滿足多種供電端口控制設(shè)備的需求,且在一些復(fù)雜的實(shí)驗(yàn)環(huán)境和EMI要求較高的產(chǎn)品設(shè)備上存在嚴(yán)重的電磁干擾,提高了設(shè)計(jì)成本?;诜醇な介_關(guān)電源的優(yōu)勢(shì)開發(fā)了一款低成本、高可靠,兼容AC 220 V或DC 310 V雙模式輸入,多路輸出的高集成度開關(guān)電源,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)驗(yàn)表明4路電源輸出精確,誤差小于1%,EMI效果好,可滿足大部分主板供電設(shè)備需求,目前已應(yīng)用于雙冷源除濕機(jī)的驅(qū)動(dòng)控制電源。

Design of driving power supply for double cold source dehumidifier

Abstract: At present, multi-functional power supply is widely used in all kinds of drive control products. The traditional drive control power is mostly single input and single output, which is difficult to meet the needs of a variety of power supply port control equipment. Moreover, there is serious electromagnetic interference in some complex experimental environment and products with require high EMI requirements, which improves the design cost potential. To solve the above problems, a low-cost, high reliability, compatible with AC 220 V or DC 310 V dual-mode input, multi-channel output and high integration switching power is developed. Field experiments show that the four power output is accurate. The error is less than 1% and electromagnetic interference is easy to pass. The power can meet the needs of most motherboard power supply equipment, and has been applied to driving control power supply for double cold source dehumidifier.

0 引言

    目前開關(guān)電源在電子工業(yè)領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用較廣,在小型化、集成化發(fā)展的今天,高精度開關(guān)電源已成為工業(yè)技術(shù)領(lǐng)域發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。反激式開關(guān)電源價(jià)格便宜,設(shè)計(jì)簡(jiǎn)單,體積小,電壓調(diào)節(jié)范圍寬,可滿足多種電源設(shè)計(jì)需求[1]。但常規(guī)開關(guān)電源精度低、紋波大、雜波滲透較率高,輸出端口少,難以滿足精密設(shè)備電源需求,設(shè)備因干擾而失控的情況多不勝數(shù)。

    針對(duì)雙冷源除濕機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)板供電精度要求較高,輸入電源要求較多的情況,采用TOP264芯片設(shè)計(jì)一款A(yù)C/DC-DC的雙模式輸入、多路輸出的開關(guān)電源,用于給雙冷源除濕機(jī)產(chǎn)品供電。電源需要滿足結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、體積小,占空比可跟隨輸入信號(hào)發(fā)生變化,使輸出電壓保持穩(wěn)定,同時(shí)可使系統(tǒng)均衡輸出,能根據(jù)使用環(huán)境要求調(diào)整適用范圍,為各路負(fù)載提供準(zhǔn)確可靠的電源。
