摘要: 工業(yè)大數(shù)據(jù)是智能制造的核心,然而工業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)治理面臨數(shù)據(jù)資源不豐富、數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不統(tǒng)一等問題。結(jié)合工業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)的隔離性、多模態(tài)、強(qiáng)關(guān)聯(lián)以及高通量等特點(diǎn),搭建了一套面向工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的數(shù)據(jù)治理體系,充分利用人工智能、大數(shù)據(jù)等先進(jìn)技術(shù),打通工業(yè)生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)間的數(shù)據(jù)鏈條,實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)融合共享,提升數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量,以滿足智能化生產(chǎn)過程管控需求,并為此提供高效的分析決策支持。通過數(shù)據(jù)治理應(yīng)用實(shí)踐案例,全方位體現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)治理對(duì)工業(yè)智能化和數(shù)字化的促進(jìn)作用,為工業(yè)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型提供技術(shù)支持。

Case study on data governance in digital transformation of optical fiber industry

Abstract: Industrial Big Data is the core of intelligent manufacturing, but industrial data governance faces problems such as insufficient data resources and inconsistent data standards. Combining the characteristics of isolation, multi-modality, strong correlation and high throughput of industrial data, this paper builds a data governance system for industrial production, making full use of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and Big Data to get through the data chain between industrial production systems, realizes data fusion and sharing, improves data quality to meet the needs of intelligent production process management and control, and provides efficient analysis and decision support. Through its data governance practice cases, it fully reflects the role of data governance in promoting industrial intelligence and digitalization, and provides technical support for industrial digital transformation.

0 引言

近年來,在國家政策引導(dǎo)和新一代信息技術(shù)發(fā)展的驅(qū)動(dòng)下,我國工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展迅速,在推動(dòng)行業(yè)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型、提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)支撐能力等方面都有長足進(jìn)步。隨著數(shù)據(jù)資源的爆炸性增長,企業(yè)面臨著數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不統(tǒng)一、數(shù)據(jù)信息分散、數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量參差不齊、開發(fā)維護(hù)困難等問題[1],很難滿足實(shí)時(shí)分析和決策的高要求。因此,數(shù)據(jù)治理對(duì)于工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。
