程控開(kāi)關(guān)電容低通濾波器的通用模塊開(kāi)發(fā)

摘要: 濾波器在電子學(xué)噪聲測(cè)量和諧波失真測(cè)量的過(guò)程中,用于獲取特定頻帶的信號(hào)或者抑制噪聲。開(kāi)發(fā)了一種帶寬可調(diào)的程控開(kāi)關(guān)電容低通濾波器模塊,采用STM32單片機(jī)輸出頻率可調(diào)的時(shí)鐘信號(hào)控制濾波器截止頻率,改善了現(xiàn)有濾波器因參數(shù)固定而不能調(diào)節(jié)動(dòng)態(tài)頻率范圍的情況。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明該程控濾波器通帶在10 Hz~40 kHz可調(diào),對(duì)頻帶外信號(hào)有明顯的抑制能力,滿足設(shè)計(jì)需求。

Development of general module for program-controlled switching capacitor low pass filter

Abstract: In the process of electronic noise measurement and harmonic distortion measurement, the filter is used to acquire the signal of specific frequency band or suppress the noise. In this paper, a programmable switching capacitor low-pass filter module with adjustable bandwidth is developed, and the clock signal with adjustable frequency output by STM32 MCU is used to control the cut-off frequency of the filter, which improves the situation that the existing filter cannot adjust the dynamic frequency range due to the fixed parameters. The experimental results show that the passband of the programmable filter can be adjusted at 10 Hz~40 kHz, and it has an obvious ability to suppress the out-of-band signals, which meets the design requirements.

0 引言

    在大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代,獲取可信度高的信號(hào)尤為重要。濾波器作為信號(hào)分析與處理過(guò)程中的常用器件,主要用于抑制干擾信號(hào),適用于信號(hào)采集至輸出過(guò)程中的每個(gè)階段, 在不同的使用場(chǎng)景,對(duì)信號(hào)的濾波特性及其頻帶范圍的需求各有特點(diǎn)[1-2]。

    目前國(guó)內(nèi)濾波器的產(chǎn)品類型很多,傳統(tǒng)的濾波器結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,易于修理和維護(hù)[3-5],但由于其參數(shù)固定,不適用于有較大動(dòng)態(tài)頻率范圍調(diào)節(jié)的場(chǎng)景[6-7]。即使可以設(shè)計(jì)濾波器組,通過(guò)模擬開(kāi)關(guān)選擇不同的電阻電容調(diào)節(jié)截止頻率[8],但是這類設(shè)計(jì)電路較為復(fù)雜,可靠性與靈活性欠佳。

    針對(duì)現(xiàn)有的不足,本文結(jié)合微處理器的軟硬件技術(shù),開(kāi)發(fā)一種可程控開(kāi)關(guān)電容低通濾波器模塊,并就其設(shè)計(jì)、制作過(guò)程和應(yīng)用方式進(jìn)行討論和研究。
