飛機(jī)油料加注加油車智能派工設(shè)計方法研究

摘要: 隨著民航業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展,給飛機(jī)加注油料的保障任務(wù)越來越多。目前,飛機(jī)加油任務(wù)主要由油料供應(yīng)商調(diào)度員根據(jù)航班加油信息逐一分配加油任務(wù)給加油員,加油員收到任務(wù)后駕駛加油保障車輛到達(dá)飛機(jī)位置進(jìn)行加油作業(yè)。加油業(yè)務(wù)電子化、信息化、大數(shù)據(jù)分析等技術(shù)的實現(xiàn)逐漸打通了加油系統(tǒng)的信息通道。基于大量多維數(shù)據(jù),根據(jù)飛機(jī)加油業(yè)務(wù)特點(diǎn),提供一種用于飛機(jī)油料加注加油車的智能派工方法,能夠自動進(jìn)行加油任務(wù)分配,避免出現(xiàn)航班延誤狀況及就此造成的嚴(yán)重資源浪費(fèi)并能減輕調(diào)度員工作量。通過智能派工可以合理調(diào)配加油資源,保證飛機(jī)及時加油,順利完成航班保障任務(wù)。

Abstract: With the rapid development of civil aviation industry, more and more tasks are required to fuel the aircraft. At present, the aircraft refueling task is mainly assigned to the refueling personnel by the dispatcher of the fuel supplier, one by one, according to the flight refueling information, after receiving the task, the refueling operator drives the refueling vehicle to the aircraft for refueling operation. The realization of electronic, information and big data analysis technology has gradually opened up the information channel of refueling system. Based on a large number of multi-dimensional data, according to the characteristics of aircraft refueling operation, an intelligent dispatching method for aircraft refueling vehicle is provided, which can automatically assign refueling tasks, avoid flight delays and the resulting serious waste of resources and can reduce the workload of the dispatcher. Through the intelligent dispatch, refueling resources can be reasonably allocated to ensure the timely refueling of aircraft and smooth completion of flight support tasks.

0 引言

    隨著我國由民航大國向民航強(qiáng)國邁進(jìn)的大趨勢,民航業(yè)實現(xiàn)智慧發(fā)展是新一輪科技革命的時代要求,是民航高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的必然要求,也是實現(xiàn)民航強(qiáng)國目標(biāo)的現(xiàn)實要求。民航業(yè)主體為民用飛機(jī),飛機(jī)油料加注在智能化、工業(yè)化、自主化及大數(shù)據(jù)[1-2]時代背景下已經(jīng)完成重大變革,由最初的通過對講機(jī)通知加油員進(jìn)行加油,加油數(shù)據(jù)手動填寫紙質(zhì)油單的手動作業(yè)模式向調(diào)度派工發(fā)展,油料加注調(diào)度系統(tǒng)依據(jù)由機(jī)場提供的飛機(jī)航班相關(guān)信息通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳遞給加油作業(yè)體,進(jìn)行任務(wù)派工,接到航班加注任務(wù)后下發(fā)任務(wù)指令至加油員手持電腦,加油員駕駛加油車前往飛機(jī)所在區(qū)域完成飛機(jī)油料加注作業(yè),加油量相關(guān)信息第一時刻傳遞到后臺服務(wù)器同時完成電子油單打印。通過以上過程大大改善了傳統(tǒng)作業(yè)下信息傳遞慢、作業(yè)內(nèi)容不準(zhǔn)確及作業(yè)過程不及時等造成的油料加注超時及造成航班延誤等詬病?,F(xiàn)有調(diào)度流程如圖1所示。
