基于改進(jìn)TOPSIS模型的出租車(chē)運(yùn)營(yíng)決策優(yōu)化方法

摘要: 以降低出租車(chē)運(yùn)營(yíng)損失為目標(biāo),分別利用排隊(duì)論對(duì)司機(jī)等待的平均時(shí)間成本進(jìn)行量化,以及通過(guò)熵值法改進(jìn)的TOPSIS模型對(duì)不同時(shí)段載客可能性進(jìn)行量化,進(jìn)而完成空載潛在損失參數(shù)的量化,通過(guò)量化指標(biāo)構(gòu)建出出租車(chē)運(yùn)營(yíng)損失模型,并基于此模型給出了降低損失的運(yùn)營(yíng)決策方法。引用洛陽(yáng)北郊機(jī)場(chǎng)航班及出租車(chē)數(shù)據(jù)的驗(yàn)證,證明了該決策方法能夠有效降低出租車(chē)的運(yùn)營(yíng)損失。

Abstract: In order to achieve the goal of reducing taxi operating losses, the quantification of losses should first be completed. The average time cost of waiting for drivers is quantified by queuing theory, and the "Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution (TOPSIS)" model improved by entropy method quantifies the possibility of carrying passengers in different periods. The possibility is used to complete the quantification of potential loss parameters of no-load. Through the quantitative indicators, a taxi operation loss model is constructed. Based on this model, an operational decision-making scheme to reduce losses is proposed. Finally, the verification of flight and taxi data quoted from Luoyang Beijiao airport proves that the decision-making method of this paper can effectively reduce the operational loss of taxis.

0 引 言

本世紀(jì)以來(lái),我國(guó)交通行業(yè)快速發(fā)展,但是長(zhǎng)途交通到市內(nèi)交通的轉(zhuǎn)換依然存在一些不足。以機(jī)場(chǎng)出租車(chē)為例:某些時(shí)段,乘客排隊(duì)時(shí)間過(guò)長(zhǎng)而無(wú)車(chē)可坐,另一些時(shí)段,出租車(chē)在蓄車(chē)池中等待時(shí)間過(guò)長(zhǎng)。上述兩種情況不僅使出租車(chē)司機(jī)在機(jī)場(chǎng)載客與返回市區(qū)載客兩個(gè)抉擇之間徘徊,同時(shí)也是造成議價(jià)、宰客、拼客、拒載、甩客等亂象的原因之一。因此,給出一種機(jī)場(chǎng)出租車(chē)決策方法,降低出租車(chē)運(yùn)行損失,幫助出租車(chē)進(jìn)行運(yùn)營(yíng)決策具有重要意義。

針對(duì)這一需求,段寒冰等對(duì)上海浦東機(jī)場(chǎng)乘客流量與司機(jī)等待時(shí)間進(jìn)行擬合,說(shuō)明了幾者的相關(guān)性。但是其對(duì)司機(jī)平均收入的假設(shè)稍顯理想。曾曉琳等從司機(jī)決策造成的損失入手,構(gòu)建了清晰的決策機(jī)理。但是其在對(duì)于空載返回潛在損失的估計(jì)有些粗糙。陳帥杰利用一天中司機(jī)的過(guò)往經(jīng)驗(yàn),設(shè)計(jì)樂(lè)觀悲觀函數(shù)去量化司機(jī)主觀的載客概率。這也屬于針對(duì)潛在載客收益的估計(jì),然而這種針對(duì)司機(jī)心里預(yù)期的估計(jì)雖然精巧,但同樣有著粗糙的缺點(diǎn)。因此,需要一種更加直接有效的收益損失量化方法。
