摘要: 針對衛(wèi)星裝備的小型化、整機系統(tǒng)的輕量化需求,提出一種基于頂部熱沉的抗輻射POL電源設(shè)計方案,重點討論了電路設(shè)計、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、工藝設(shè)計。通過仿真分析、樣品測試及評估試驗,驗證該設(shè)計的合理性。基于該方案設(shè)計的樣品在體積、功率密度、重量等方面優(yōu)勢明顯,可為宇航用高可靠、高性能電子裝備系統(tǒng)提供微型化、輕量化的三次電源解決方案。

Abstract: Aiming at the requirements of miniaturization of satellite equipment and lightweight of the whole system, this paper proposes a design scheme of radiation hardened POL power supply based on top heat sink. This paper focuses on circuit design, structure design and process design. The rationality of the design is verified by simulation analysis, sample test and evaluation test in this paper. The sample designed based on this scheme has obvious advantages in volume, power density, weight and other aspects, which can provide a miniaturized and lightweight tertiary power supply solution for space applications requiring high reliable and high performance electronic equipment systems.

0 引言

隨著衛(wèi)星裝備小型化、整機系統(tǒng)輕量化的需求日趨明顯,對空間用抗輻射POL電源的體積、重量和封裝結(jié)構(gòu)提出了更高的要求,國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有的抗輻射POL電源多為金屬封裝,體積和重量均已無法更好滿足單機系統(tǒng)對供電電源的使用需求。本文設(shè)計的基于頂部熱沉的抗輻射POL電源具有輸出電流大、體積小、重量輕等優(yōu)點,可為系統(tǒng)提供一種微型化、輕量化的三次電源解決方案。
