多源數(shù)據(jù)融合的雷達威力范圍評估分析方法研究

摘要: 傳統(tǒng)意義上,由于無法找到大量獨立同分布的樣本,雷達威力范圍評估分析是小樣本問題。從雷達威力范圍方程出發(fā),分析其中和雷達本身工作狀態(tài)、參數(shù)密切相關的個性因素,以及和雷達本身無關的目標環(huán)境、氣象環(huán)境、操作使用等共性因素,對不同因素分別進行處理,形成能夠關聯(lián)不同雷達測試數(shù)據(jù)的雷達威力范圍方程。分析整理歷史上目標雷達截面積數(shù)據(jù),確定其分布規(guī)律;結合雷達測試數(shù)據(jù)分析共性因素的分布規(guī)律;確定雷達威力范圍的分布規(guī)律,給出雷達威力范圍的點估計和區(qū)間估計。經(jīng)過試驗分析,所提方法與其他相關方法相比有較好的優(yōu)越性。

Research on the evaluation and analysis method of radar power range based on multisource data fusion

Abstract: Traditionally, since a large number of independent and identically distributed random variables samples cannot be found, the evaluation and analysis of radar power range is a small sample problem. Starting from the radar power range equation, the individual factors closely related to the working state and parameters of the radar itself, as well as the common factors such as target environment, meteorological environment, operation and use that are not related to the radar itself are analyzed. Different factors are processed separately to form a radar power range equation that can connect different radar test data. Also, the crosssectional area data of historical target radar are analyzed and organized to determine their distribution patterns; the distribution pattern of common factors is analyzed based on radar test data; the distribution law of radar power range is determined, and the point estimation and interval estimation of radar power range are given. The experimental analysis show that this method has better advantages compared to other related methods.

0 引言
雷達對目標進行連續(xù)觀測的空域稱作探測范圍,又稱威力范圍[1-2]。威力范圍是雷達的一項重要性能指標,通過測試數(shù)據(jù)對威力范圍進行評估分析,可以有效地檢定雷達的威力范圍。由于時間、人力、空間等資源限制,雷達威力范圍的測試數(shù)據(jù)是有限的,也即小樣本數(shù)據(jù),如何基于有限數(shù)據(jù)對雷達威力范圍進行評估分析是一項難題。傳統(tǒng)方法多假定威力范圍服從正態(tài)分布,然后采用樣本均值和檢驗統(tǒng)計量來確定威力范圍的點估計和區(qū)間估計,這種方法一般存在較大誤差。文獻[3]-[5]采用貝葉斯小子樣理論對小樣本數(shù)據(jù)進行處理,評估分析精度相比傳統(tǒng)方法有較大提高,但是要求驗前和驗后數(shù)據(jù)相互獨立并且服從相同的分布。
本文基于雷達方程,提出了一種基于多源數(shù)據(jù)融合的雷達威力范圍評估分析方法,該方法認為不同雷達的測試數(shù)據(jù)是存在內(nèi)在關聯(lián)的,找到這種關聯(lián)關系,融合不同雷達的測試數(shù)據(jù),可對雷達威力范圍進行更為準確的評估分析。
