Abstract: With the rapid development of "Internet+big data", various network platforms have swarmed out, and personal information has gathered on the network platform in a huge volume. The traditional format terms no longer meet the application of the rules of informed consent in the field of personal information. In the era of big data, the interests between the utilization and protection of personal information are unbalanced. As an important subject of personal information utilization, the network platform puts forward higher requirements for the protection of personal information rights in terms of the continuity and scale of personal information processing. In view of autonomy, the subject of personal information should strengthen the awareness of information autonomy. In view of the diversity, the rules of informing consent in the field of personal information should present an open structure in order to find a balance between information utilization and information protection. In view of the inequality, the network platform should abide by the principle of good faith and fulfill the duty of loyalty. In view of sustainability, network platform governance should become the key to the sustainable use of personal information.
