關(guān)于智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車數(shù)據(jù)安全治理框架的探究

摘要: 隨著智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車市場快速發(fā)展,智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車數(shù)據(jù)量增長迅猛,數(shù)據(jù)交換愈加頻繁。高價(jià)值和高敏感特性,使得如何保證數(shù)據(jù)安全成為智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車行業(yè)監(jiān)管部門和車輛生產(chǎn)企業(yè)共同關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)。目前,針對智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車數(shù)據(jù)安全治理并沒有統(tǒng)一的實(shí)踐標(biāo)準(zhǔn),基于智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車數(shù)據(jù)安全合規(guī)要求,從數(shù)據(jù)安全控制角度出發(fā),對智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車數(shù)據(jù)安全治理框架進(jìn)行初步探索,以數(shù)據(jù)分類分級為基礎(chǔ),以數(shù)據(jù)生命周期安全管理為主線,構(gòu)筑包括數(shù)據(jù)安全管理、數(shù)據(jù)安全技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)安全運(yùn)營和數(shù)據(jù)處理場景安全管理在內(nèi)的整體數(shù)據(jù)安全治理框架,為智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車數(shù)據(jù)安全提供一種體系化治理路徑。

Research on data security governance framework of intelligent connected vehicles

Abstract: With the rapid development of the intelligent connected vehicle market, the data volume of intelligent connected vehicles is growing rapidly, and data exchange is becoming more frequent. The high value and high sensitivity characteristics make how to ensure data security become a key concern for both regulatory authorities and vehicle manufacturers in intelligent connected vehicle industry. At present, there is no unified practice standard for the data security governance of intelligent connected vehicles. Based on the compliance requirements for data security in intelligent connected vehicles and from the perspective of data security bottom line control, this paper makes a preliminary exploration on the data security governance framework of intelligent connected vehicles. Taking data classification and grading as the basis and data life cycle security management as the main line,this work builds an overall data security governance frameworkthat includes data security management, data security technology, data security operation and data processing scenario security management. This provides a systematic governance path for data security of intelligent connected vehicles.

引言
隨著人工智能、車聯(lián)網(wǎng)、智能汽車等新興信息技術(shù)和交通工具不斷發(fā)展,智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車從概念設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)入現(xiàn)實(shí)應(yīng)用階段,研發(fā)及商業(yè)化進(jìn)程不斷提速,將為交通運(yùn)輸領(lǐng)域轉(zhuǎn)型升級帶來重大變革。其中,各類智能終端以及數(shù)字場景的應(yīng)用交互,產(chǎn)生海量“車、路、云、網(wǎng)、圖”數(shù)據(jù),面臨多重?cái)?shù)據(jù)安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)[1]。數(shù)據(jù)安全治理是支撐智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車系統(tǒng)安全運(yùn)行的基石,也是保障智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)健康發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。為更好地開展智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車數(shù)據(jù)安全管理與保護(hù),本文擬對智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車數(shù)據(jù)安全治理體系進(jìn)行探討。
