摘要: 當(dāng)前,智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)技術(shù)的發(fā)展使得汽車成為數(shù)據(jù)交互的重要載體,智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車所產(chǎn)生的數(shù)據(jù)量呈現(xiàn)指數(shù)型增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì),國(guó)家對(duì)于數(shù)據(jù)安全的重視程度也在不斷加強(qiáng)。在此背景下,從行業(yè)實(shí)踐角度出發(fā),對(duì)我國(guó)當(dāng)前數(shù)據(jù)安全監(jiān)管現(xiàn)狀、數(shù)據(jù)分級(jí)方法進(jìn)行梳理,最后提出一種基于特征分析的數(shù)據(jù)分級(jí)方法,助力企業(yè)加強(qiáng)數(shù)據(jù)治理、滿足政府合規(guī)要求。

Research on data classification and grading methods for intelligent connected vehicles based on feature analysis

Abstract: Currently, the development of intelligent connected technology has made automobiles become an important carrier of data exchange. The amount of data generated by intelligent connected vehicles is showing an exponential growth trend, and the country′s emphasis on data security is also constantly strengthening. In this context, this article, from the perspective of industry practice, sorts out the current situation of data security supervision and data classification and grading methods in China. Finally, a data grading method based on feature analysis is proposed to assist enterprises in strengthening data governance and meeting government compliance requirements.

引言

智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)技術(shù)的發(fā)展推動(dòng)著汽車由傳統(tǒng)交通工具轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榧捎耙魥蕵?lè)、智能導(dǎo)航、駕駛輔助等功能的智能移動(dòng)載體,駕乘人員在使用智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生大量交互數(shù)據(jù)[1]。未來(lái),一輛L4級(jí)自動(dòng)駕駛汽車每8 h產(chǎn)生數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)計(jì)將達(dá)到10 TB,高級(jí)別自動(dòng)駕駛將進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)單車數(shù)據(jù)指數(shù)級(jí)增加。同時(shí),L2級(jí)及以上乘用車滲透率逐年提升,2022年全年滲透率達(dá)到29.4%,2023年一季度進(jìn)一步提升至33.4%,年新增數(shù)量達(dá)千萬(wàn)輛級(jí)[2]。無(wú)論從汽車數(shù)量還是單車數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)生量,都將迎來(lái)快速增長(zhǎng),海量數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。國(guó)家對(duì)于數(shù)據(jù)的重視程度也在不斷提升。2022年12月19日,中共中央、國(guó)務(wù)院印發(fā)《關(guān)于構(gòu)建數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)制度更好發(fā)揮數(shù)據(jù)要素作用的意見(jiàn)》,提出加快構(gòu)建數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)制度,激活數(shù)據(jù)要素潛能;2023年2月27日,中共中央、國(guó)務(wù)院印發(fā)的《數(shù)字中國(guó)建設(shè)整體布局規(guī)劃》中強(qiáng)調(diào)釋放數(shù)據(jù)要素價(jià)值,賦能經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展,數(shù)據(jù)價(jià)值與重要性日益提升[3]。
